Oscar Mayer presented LUNCHABLES.1989: Philip Morris Companies joined Kraft, Inc. what's more, General Foods Corporation to frame Kraft General Foods, the biggest food organization in the U.S. DI GIORNO brand refrigerated pasta and sauces were introduced.1993: Kraft General Foods obtained NABISCO prep ared to-eat cold oats from RJR Nabisco. 1995: Kraft General Foods was renamed Kraft Foods, Inc. That year KRAFT presented EASY MAC macaroni and cheddar supper, a microwavable, single-serve item.
